William "Bill" Campbell

William "Bill" Robert Campbell, 49, of Robbins, passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021 at his home. A memorial service will be held at a later date. William was born on March 22, 1972, in Beaufort County, SC. He started working in construction with his father at the age of 14, this lead to a career in construction. He was previously employed as an electrician at Holmes Building Systems in Robbins, NC, and Grede Foundry in Biscoe, NC. He loved having a good time, fishing, and being outdoors. He is survived by three children, Thomas Campbell, Christopher Campbell of Aurora, Colorado, Matthew Campbell of Peoria, TX; one grandson; mother, Elizabeth "Gracie" Campbell of Avondale, WV; father and stepmother, Gary Campbell and Donna Voncannon of Robbins NC; brother, Victor Campbell (Joann) Cheraw, SC; sisters, Theda McIntosh (JC) of Carthage, NC, Rachel Bowman (Brian) of Candor, NC, Jacey Campbell of Robbins, NC; stepbrothers, Joseph Voncannon of Robbins, NC, Aaron Voncannon (Stephanie) of Asheboro, NC; and several nieces and nephews.
