William "Bill" Brady

Mr. William Franklin "Bill" Brady, Jr., 73, of Asheboro, NC, died Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at High Point Regional Hospital. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday, April 20, 2013, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Cannon officiating. Entombment will follow at Randolph Memorial Park in Asheboro. A native of Randolph County, NC, Mr. Brady was born November 20, 1939. He was the son of the late William Franklin Brady and Mary Magdalene Yow Brady. He retired from Klopman Mills and he was a hard worker and very dependable. He enjoyed gardening, working in the yard and rabbit hunting. He was an avid softball player, sports fanatic, NASCAR and NC State Wolfpack fan. He loved his wife and family, his beagles, and his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was a member of Corner Stone Baptist Church. He never met a stranger and loved to joke and kid around with his friends. Mr. Brady is survived by his wife, Barbara "B.J."� Kindley Brady, of the home; daughter, April M. McCormick and husband, Mark, of Asheboro, NC; sons, Scott Brady and wife, Sharon, of East Bend, NC, Jeffery Brady, Eric Brady, both of Asheboro, NC; sister, Judy Burrow, of Asheboro, NC; grandchildren, Abigail Lambeth, Rebecka McCormick, Caitlin Brady, Connor Brady, Zachary Brady, Meaghan Edwards, Carrie Hamann, Eric T. Brady, Jr., Keisha Brady, Jennifer Phillips; great grandchildren; Lillian Payne, Brookelynn Payne, Elizabeth Hamann, Brady Hamann, Wyndi Phillips, Trevor Phillips and Rebekah Phillips. The family will receive friends from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm Friday, April 19, 2013, at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home.
