Wendell Atlas Seawell, 67, of Asheboro, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 6, 2026, at his home.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Garry Reeder officiating and Ricky Martinez and Ben Staley sharing memories. Burial will follow at New Hope Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 until 10:45 a.m., Saturday at Ridge Funeral Home prior to the service.
Memorials may be made to Knockouts and Fastpitch Softball Organization, 8885 Oldenburg Drive, Mount Pleasant, NC 28124.
