Wayne Cooper

Charles Wayne Cooper, 53, of Asheboro, died Monday, June 25, 2018 at his home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 29, 2018, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Hilltop Baptist Church Cemetery. Born July 3, 1964 in Randolph County, Mr. Cooper was the son of the late June and Alma Cooper. He was employed by the NC Department of Transporation and enjoyed bowling. Survivors include his daughter, Bailey Cooper of Asheboro; son, Caleb Cooper; sisters, Karen Richardson and husband, Wayne of Laurinburg, NC, and Sandra Roberts of High Point. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Thursday at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at he home of Karen and Wayne Richardson, 1896 Spero Rd., Asheboro.
