Susan Marie Jimenez

Susan Marie Combs Jimenez, passed away on June 6, 2025, at the age of 72, in Asheboro, NC.

Born on November 25, 1951, Susan lived a life marked by her sweet yet outspoken nature, and a deep appreciation for her Cherokee heritage.

Susan was a familiar face to many in her community through her years of service as a school bus driver. Beyond her professional life, she was deeply creative, enjoying crafts, painting, and particularly loved collecting American Indian dolls.

She was a devout member of St. Andrew's Church, where she found great solace and community.

Susan is survived by her loving family, including her daughters, Kelie Clancey, Candice Baouendi; sons, Michael Clancey, Jr., Joseph Clancey; cherished grandchildren, Kaylea, Angelia, Kyarra, Maxwell, Mickey, David, Kiana, Constantine, London, Autumn; as well as her great grandson, Kastiel Clancey.

Her life was celebrated through cremation at Ridge Funeral Home as per her wishes.

Susan's memory will be cherished by all who knew her, as she left a legacy of kindness and resilience, always thankful for the life she had.
