Ruby Irene Jarrell

Miss Ruby Irene Jarrell, 66, of Asheboro, NC, died Thursday, October 27, 2011, at The Randolph Hospice House. A funeral service is scheduled for 12:00 pm Monday, October 31, 2011, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brent Tysinger officiating. Burial will follow at West Bend United Methodist Church Cemetery in Asheboro. A native of Randolph County, NC, Miss Jarrell was born November 6, 1944. She was the daughter of the late Carson Jarrell and Edith Mae Thompson Jarrell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Harvey Jarrell and sister, Virginia Brady. Miss Jarrell is survived by sister, Brenda Jarrell, of Asheboro; nephew, Don Jarrell, of Asheboro; and friend, Sadie Berry, of Asheboro. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Sunday, October 30, 2011, at Ridge Funeral Home.
