Roy E. Trotter

Mr. Roy Eugene Trotter, 74, of High Point, NC, died Friday, December 13, 2013, at his residence. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Monday, December 16, 2013, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel. Military honors will be provided by the Randolph County Honor Guard. A native of Guilford County, NC, Mr. Trotter was born March 7, 1939. He was the son of the late Walter Eugene Trotter and Frances Isabelle Trotter. Mr. Trotter was a mason contractor and had served in the US Army. Mr. Trotter is survived by his sons, Gene Trotter and wife Kim, of Monroe, NC, Ken Trotter and wife, Sandy, of Asheboro, NC; sisters, Libby Carter, Betty Padrock, Rhonda Millikan and husband, Jerry, all of Asheboro, NC; brothers, Lonnie Trotter and wife, Shirley, Jerry Trotter and wife, Barbara, all of Asheboro, NC; grandchildren, Trevor Trotter, Zackary Trotter, Katy Trotter, Wesley Trotter, Sarah Trotter, Bethany Trotter and Carolina Trotter. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Monday, December 16, 2013, at Ridge Funeral Home.
