Rosa Brim Harris

Rosa Lee Bennett Brim Harris, 84, of Asheboro, died Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at her home.

A graveside service will be conducted 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at Huldah Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Lee Mead officiating.

Rosa was born on January 2, 1941, in Guilford Co., the daughter of the late Rev. Hubert Bennett and Martha Whitaker Bennett. She worked for Stedmans, BB Walker Shoe and later retired from Klaussner Furniture. Rosa always lent a helping hand with her grandchildren and was heavily involved in their lives. She enjoyed playing piano and the organ for her church. Rosa loved to cook for her family. She loved Elvis and even had the opportunity to meet him. Rosa loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. When Rosa became homebound she would enjoy watching Charles Stanley.

In addition to her parents, Rosa was preceded in death by her first husband, Harvey Brim; and second husband, Marvin Harris.

Rosa is survived by her children, Randy Brim (Bobbie N.) of Asheboro, Lori Ann Brim Chriscoe of Seagrove, Anthony "Tony" Dwayne Brim (Tami G.) of Franklinville; grandchildren, Kelli Brim Lowe (Jonathan), Chelsea Gephart (Drew), Briana Chriscoe, Deanna Blake (Landon), Lexi Simmons, Dakota A. Brim (Michaela); great grandchildren, Sawyer Lowe, Jack Lowe, Kendyl Troyer, William Troyer, and Waylon Blake.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home.

The family kindly requests that memorials may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
