Robert Meeks

Robert Thomas "Robbie" Meeks, 51, of Asheboro, died Monday, March 12, 2018 at his home. Memorial services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m., Friday, March 16, 2018, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends immediately following the service and other times at the home of his parents. Born June 21, 1966 in Bristol, TN, Robbie was the son of Fredrick Meeks and Shirley Meachum Meeks. He was employed at Prestige Fabrications. Robbie enjoyed working on cars and motorcycles. He loved spending time with his granddaughters and making people laugh. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Christy Brady Welborn of Asheboro; brother, Anthony Cord "Rodak" Meeks of North Myrtle Beach; and granddaughters, Kennedie Ryan Welborn and Lennox Reece Welborn.
