Robert Lambeth

Robert Lee Lambeth, 81, of Badin Lake, NC, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 9, 2015 at The Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro, with his family at his side. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 12, 2015, at the Ridge Funeral Home Chapel, Asheboro. Officiating will be Rev. Derald Smith. Born in Winston-Salem, NC, on February 13, 1933, Mr. Lambeth was the son of the late Harry Lee and Johnsie Conley Lambeth. He had attended Virginia Episcopal School and University of North Carolina. He had been employed with General Electric and retired from Black & Decker. In addition to his parents, Mr. Lambeth was preceded in death by his brother, Harry Lee Lambeth, Jr. Mr. Lambeth is survived by his wife of 60 years, Elizabeth Perchan Lambeth, of the home; daughters, Roseann Lambeth Harvey and husband, Richard, of Elkins, WV, Mary Lambeth Hutchinson, of Poplarville, MS, Ellen Lambeth Williams and husband, Gary, of Ramseur, NC; sons, Bobby Lambeth, of Asheboro, David Lambeth and wife, Rebecca, of Asheboro; sister, Rose Lambeth Wear, of Dadeville, AL; grandchildren, Canille Hutchinson, Jeff Harvey and wife, Deanna, Steve Harvey and friend, Mallory Wiggs, Meleah Lambeth, Will Lambeth and wife, Adrian, Caroline Fogleman and husband, Nick, Andrew Lamar and wife, Marit, David Lambeth, Jr., Erin Graves and husband, Brad, Marc Williams; great-grandchildren, Kaleb Davis, Kyleigh Hutchinson,Kaden D. Hutchinson, Zyler Lambeth, Talia Harvey, Asher Harvey. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, Ridge Funeral Home, Asheboro.
