Revonda Pickard

Revonda Pickard, 71, of Asheboro, died Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Carolinas HealthCare System-Northeast in Concord. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 25, 2016, at Mt. Calvary Independent Baptist Church with Rev. Neil Poole officiating. Burial will follow at Farmer Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Born September 11, 1945 in Randolph County, Mrs. Pickard was the daughter of the late Herbert and Jewell Morgan. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Independent Baptist Church and was retired from Regional Consolidated Services. Mrs. Pickard loved her family and her animals. She had a special love for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Pickard is survived by her daughter, Glenda Vasquez and husband, Dyrl of Asheboro; sons, Phillip Fore and wife, Joyce and Tim Fore and wife, Teresa, all of Asheboro; sister, Lois Jane Hunt of Asheboro; grandchildren, Misty Bunting, Katie Weidman and husband, Kyle, Morgan Fore, Michael Fore, Tiffany England and husband, Bryan; and great-grandchildren, Logan Weidman, Abby Perez, Lexi "Lou Lou" Weidman, Brynley England and Carson Shropshire. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home of Tim and Teresa Fore. Memorials may be made Mt.
