Rebekah 'Becky' East

Rebekah "Becky" Louise Maness East, 66, of Randleman, died Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at The Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 20, 2019, at Ridge Funeral Home, with Pastor Jon Shook officiating. Burial will be at Randolph Memorial Park following the service. Becky was born on August 3, 1953, in Randolph Co., to the late William Herbert Maness and Emma Myrtle Maness. She graduated from Asheboro High School and worked for Millikan Sausage for 28 years and then worked for Jockey International. She loved listening to bluegrass music, dancing, and going to and having yard sales. Survivng are her daughter, Tammy East Mann; son, Drexel Hodgin; grandchildren, Bruce East Jr., Hunter East, Tina Sheeron, Tyler Sheeron; several great grandchildren; long-time boyfriend, George Callahan; and special friend, Karen Nash. The family will receive friends at Ridge Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2019. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Randolph, P.O. Box 9, Asheboro, NC, 27204.
