Polly Anna Britt

Mrs. Polly Anna Marion Britt, 76, of 5882 Southrock Street, Seagrove, NC, died Monday, August 02, 2010, at her home. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 pm Thursday, August 5, 2010, at the Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tony Moore officiating. Burial will follow at New Center Christian Church Cemetery. Mrs. Britt was a native of Lee County, NC, but lived most of her life in Randolph County. She was a member of Trindale Baptist Church and had worked at Whynot General Store in Seagrove and Tank & Tummy on McDowell Road. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Jones and husband, Gary D., of the home; son, Steve Wesley McDaniel and wife, Kristi; sisters, Estelle McManess, of Liberty, Peggy Cooper, of Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, H. L. Cagle and wife, Kim, Tracy Cagle, Meredith McDaniel, Morgan McDaniel; great grandchildren, Madison Rife and Haiden Lee Cagle. The family will receive friends at Ridge Funeral Home from 2 until 3 pm on Thursday and other times at the home.
