Phillip Black

Phillip Lloyd Black, 65, of Franklinville, died Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at his home. A private family service will be held. Mr. Black was born July 18, 1952 in Randolph County. He enjoyed making pottery and loved to fly his remote controlled helicopter. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Black Goodman. Mr. Black is survived by his wife, Vicky Clark Black of the home;stepdaughter, Carol Hill (Brad) of Ramseur; stepson, Kevin Alderman (Laurie) of Franklinville; step grandchildren, Emma Fields, Seth Fields, Tabitha Alderman, Tanner Hill and Taylor Hill.
