Pauline Reeder

Pauline Ruth Maness Reeder, 93, of Seagrove, died Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at the Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro. Funeral services will be conducted ar 2:00 pm, Monday, January 25, 2016, at Bethel Church of God, Seagrove, with Rev. Larry May and Rev. Bruce Harry officiating. Burial will follow at Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Born in Richmond County, NC on January 30, 1922, Mrs. Reeder was the daughter of the late Walker Maness and Mary Ethel Comer Maness. Surviving are her daughter, Linda Wilhelm and husband, Ronnie, of Seagrove; son, Charles Reeder and wife, Patsy, of Asheboro;daughters-in-law, Nancy Reeder, Diane Reeder Hill, both of Asheboro; sisters, Ruby Beane, Gladys Beane, both of Seagrove; grandchildren, Catherine Little, Angela Huneycutt, Johnny Reeder, Jeffrey Reeder, Jason Reeder, Joseph Reeder, Hannah Wilhelm; and five great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Reeder was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert Reeder and her sons, Lee Roy Reeder, Ralph Reeder, and brother, Willie Maness. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, January 24, 2016 at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home.
