Paul Shrum

Paul Edward Shrum, 74, of Robbins, died Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at Randolph Health in Asheboro. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Born in Lincoln County, NC on May 9, 1946, Paul was the son of the late David and Lorene Shrum. He was retired, having worked mostly in the furniture industry. He loved to sing gospel music and read. In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Shrum. Surviving are his wife, Geraldine Shrum of the home; son, Eddie Shrum and wife Lori of Biscoe; sister, Brenda Buchannan of Winston-Salem; brothers, Alvin Shrum and wife Cathy of South Carolina, David Shrum and wife Kay of Lincolnton; and granddaughter, Felicia Winfree.
