Paul Theodore Schadt

Paul Theodore Schadt, Jr., 67, of Asheboro, died Friday, May 8, 2015 at Randolph Hospital in Asheboro. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, May 12, 2015, in the Ridge Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will follow at Randolph Memorial Park with military honors by the Randolph County Honor Guard. Born in Allentown, PA on April 19, 1948, Mr. Schadt was the son of the late Paul Theodore Schadt, Sr. and Emma B. Schadt. He had been employed with Black and Decker and Duracell. He loved racing and had a great sense of humor. He served in the US Army during Vietnam. In addition to his parents, Mr. Schadt was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Schadt. Surviving are his wife, Lois Schadt, of the home; son, Chris Schadt and wife, Michelle, of Asheboro; sisters, Linda Wylie and husband, Dave, of Allentown, PA, Kathy Hetzer, of Allentown, PA; grandson, Daniel Schadt, of Asheboro, great-grandson, Braxton Schadt. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2:00 pm, Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home.
