Norma Cox Grubb

Mrs. Norma Lee Cox Grubb, 84, of Asheboro, NC, died Sunday, October 7, 2012, at Randolph Health & Rehabilitation. A graveside service is scheduled for 11:00 am Wednesday, October 10, 2012, at Holly Spring Friends Meeting with Pastor Todd Brown officiating. A native of Randolph County, NC, Mrs. Grubb was born March 31, 1928. She was the daughter of the late Stephen Cox and Eva Stout Cox. She was a member of Holly Spring Friends Meeting. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Grubb was preceded in death by her husband, Olen Reid Grubb. Mrs. Grubb is survived by her daughter, Sharon Carter, of Asheboro, NC; son, Stephen Allen Grubb; sister, Carol Smith, of Taylorsville, NC, five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
