Nancy Karen Boone

Nancy Karen Boone, 60, of Asheboro, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at her home. Graveside services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Friday, October 27, 2017, at Union Grove Baptist Church with Dr. Ron Chaney officiating. Born May 16, 1957 in Randolph County, Nancy was the daughter of the late Lexie and Edna Boone. She lived with her sister and her husband, Jane and Carl Crotts. Nancy was a member of Victory Baptist Church and attended Union Grove Baptist Church. She was a very special and sweet person. Nancy loved everyone and enjoyed attending church every Sunday. Surviving and cherishing her memory are her sister, Jane Crotts and husband, Carl; brother, David Boone and wife, Wyleen; nieces, Robin McNeill and husband, Howard, Teresa Wilder; and nephews, Jonathan and Eric Crotts. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m., Friday, prior to the service at the church and other times at the home.
