Mittie Ann Jackson Lamb, 80, of Trinity, died Monday, July 16, 2018 at High Point Regional Hospital in High Point. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 19, 2018, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel, Asheboro. Officiating will be Rev. Chuck Garner. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park Asheboro. Born in Danville, VA on January 27, 1938, Mrs. Lamb was the daughter of the late Fred Duane Jackson and Kansas Elvira Wright Jackson. Mrs. Lamb was a member of First Baptist Church of Randleman. She was a resident of GrayBrier for several years, where she enjoyed doing crafts and spending time with her friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Leslie Lamb and brother, Duane Jackson. Survivors included her daughters, Debra Lamb-Spart of McGaheysville, VA, Stephanie Lamb Sheron and husband, Rick of Asheboro; sister, Joyce Jackson Keever of Draper, VA; sisters-in-law, Juanita McGhee of Danville, VA, and Virginia Jackson of Pelham, NC; grandchildren, Emily Spart and husband, John Lamphere, Julia Spart and Aaron Allen, Shelley Ann Spart, Katie Sheron Husband and husband, Ryan, Corey Sheron and wife Krista Kearns Sheron: great-grandchildren, Adeline Lamphere, Cash Allen, Kensley Husband, and Hadley Husband. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at Ridge Funeral Home, and other times at the home of Stephanie and Rick Sheron.
