Mike Owens

Mr. Colon Michael Owens, 63, of Randleman, NC, died Saturday, September 6, 2014, at Kindred Hospital. A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at Smyrna United Methodist Church with Rev. Tal Madison officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. A native of Guilford County, NC, Mr. Owens was born July 26, 1951. He enjoyed farming and riding his tractor, being in the outdoors and fishing. He loved his family and helping others. He was preceded in death by his father, Cleveland Colon Owens. Mr. Owens is survived by daughters, Karen Feaster, daughter and caregiver, Nancy Owens; sons, Scottie Owens, Terry Owens; brother, Ronald Owens; mother, Dorothy Owens; ex-wife and caregiver, Betty Owens; ex-wife, Betty Maness; and nine grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am – 11:00 am Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at Smyrna United Methodist Church.
