Mike Daniels

Michael "Mike" Lynn Daniels, 62, of Randleman, went home to be with his Lord after a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at his home. A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 6:00 p.m., Friday, April 14, 2017, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel. A balloon release in memory of Mike will immediately follow the service. Born September 15, 1954 in Guilford County, Mike was the son of the late Birley and Myrtle Daniels. He graduated from Allen Jay High School in 1972 and from Wingate University in 1974. Mike worked as a medical supplies sales representative for 39 years. Mike was an avid hunter and fisherman, he loved to be outdoors. Mike is survived by his wife of 26 years, Lisa Daniels; daughter, Jennifer Daniels; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Richard and Sarah Broome. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Ridge Funeral Home, prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Randolph County, PO Box 9, Asheboro, NC 27204 or Operation North State, 151 Windemere Court, Winston-Salem, NC 27127, which is a nonprofit organization that hosts NC Wounded Warriors and Disabled Veterans to a great day of fishing and fellowship.
