Michael Deane Luck

Michael Deane Luck, 60, of Seagrove, died Sunday, July 19, 2020, at his home. A private graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2020, at Victory Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Jeff Norton officiating. Michael was born on March 26, 1960, in Randolph Co. Mike was a loving husband to his wife of 24 years, son, father, grandfather and friend to many that knew him. He was a carpenter and took great pride in his work. Michael loved being outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping with family, and riding four wheelers with his Fork Creek Family. He was a Christian man and loved his church family. Michael loved his 4-legged babies, Buster, Apollo and June. Michael is preceded in death by his brother, Danny Ray Luck; sister-in-law, Gail Luck, late wife, Wanda F. Luck. Michael is survived by his wife, Darlene Beck Watson Luck; daughters, Nikki Luck of Asheboro, Lauren Luck and fiancé Richard Sullivan of Bennett, NC, Amy Watson of Bennett, Becka Luck of Seagrove; sons, Jason Luck and wife Tiffany of Seagrove, Shane Coore of Chimney Rock, NC; parents, Harvey and Coreen Luck; sister, Wanda Smith and husband Jackie of Seagrove; brother, Randy Luck, grandchildren, Taylor Kelly, Kinston Heaton, Journey Heaton, Jaxon Josephs, Joshua Josephs, Haley Hammer, Madison Hammer, Jason Hammer, Lillyan Hammer, Cameron Williams, Hunter Luck, Kaelyn Luck, Everleigh Sullivan; great grandchild, Weston Maness, and many nieces and nephews. Michael's body will lie in state from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Ridge Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 22, 2020.
