Mary Hill Catoe

Mary Hill Catoe, 86, of Asheboro, died Saturday, June 13, 2015 at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill due to injuries received in automobile accident that also claimed the life of her sister, Lois Jennings. Memorial services will be conducted at 5:00 p.m., Thursday, June 18, 2015, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Johnson officiating. A native of Richmond County, Mrs. Catoe was born January 9, 1929, the daughter of the late Braxton and Libby Dennis Hill. She was a member of Central Weslyan Church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Catoe was preceded in death by her husband, Jason Catoe; brothers, Franklin, David, Dennis and Calvin; and sister Maggie Craven. She is survived by her sister, Becky Williams of Robbins; and brother, Joe Hill of Asheboro. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
