Mark Preston Ingold

Mark Preston Ingold, 43, of Sophia, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at his home. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 22nd, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Ridge Funeral Home. Mark was born on August 23, 1978, in Randolph County. He worked for United Brass Works and was an avid fan of guns, WWE wrestling, NASCAR, Panthers football, and shooting pool. He loved cooking, and entertaining his friends and family. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Ingold; grandparents, Ruth and Wayland Ingold, and Colon and Savannah Cross. Mark is survived by his daughter, Marissa Ingold; mother, Angie Cross Ingold; brother, Brian Ingold and wife Wendy; and many friends.
