Marie Williamson Duggins

Marie Williamson Duggins, 90, of Asheboro, died Monday, July 6, 2015 at Clapp's Convalescent Nursing Home in Asheboro. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 10, 2015, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. C.H. Fisher officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park. A native of Randolph County, Mrs. Duggins was born May 17, 1925 to the late Oscar and Iela Freeman Williamson. She was retired from Jockey International and was affiliated with the Fellowship of Jesus Christ. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Duggins was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Duggins. Mrs. Duggins is survived by two sons, Richard Duggins and wife, Betty of Asheboro, Randy Duggins and wife, Becky of Climax; grandchildren, Jody Duggins, Melissa Yow, Nicholas Duggins; great-grandchildren, Jack Duggins, William Duggins, Catalina Duggins, David Duggins and Merrick Yow.
