Margaret Hudson Freeman

Margaret Louise Hudson Freeman, 84, of Asheboro, died Thursday, May 28, 2020, at her home. Margaret was born on November 23, 1935 in Randolph Co., to the late Vernie Hudson and Jewel Ruth Spivey Hudson. She retired from Klopman Mills. In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her sisters, Kathlene Kidd, Nettie York; brothers, Charles Floyd Hudson, Johnny Hudson; and grandson, Jonathan Freeman. Surviving are her husband, Louis Freeman of the home; son, Steve Freeman and wife Shirley of Franklinville; granddaughter, Samantha Freeman and fiancé Alex Adkins of Ramseur; granddaughter-in-law, Melissa Freeman; great grandchildren, Dillon Adkins, Austin Freeman, Hannah Freeman, Preston Freeman; brother, Bill Hudson and wife Hazel Hudson of Eden; sister-in-law, Betty Hudson of Randleman; nephews and niece, Denny Hudson, Douglas Hudson, Ricky Hudson, Shane York, Jewell Stripling, Billy York. Due to restrictions on group gatherings, a private graveside service will be held at Randolph Memorial Park on Saturday, May 30, 2020. Memorials may be made to Randolph Cancer Center Patient Assistance Fund, 373 North Fayetteville Street, Asheboro, NC 27203
