Madie Brower

Madie Lea Brower, 90, of Asheboro, formerly of Seagrove, died Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Clapp's Convalescent Nursing Home in Asheboro. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday January 28, 2021, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Alan Blackmon and Rev. Scott Blackmon officiating. Burial will follow at Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The funeral service will be livestreamed at Ridge Funeral Home's official Facebook page. Madie was born on September 6, 1930, in Randolph Co., to the late William Jonah Brower and Rilla Jane Cagle. She attended Carolina Faith Bible Church, and loved her Lord and her family. In addition to her parents, She was preceded in death by her brothers, W.C. Brower, James Hubert Brower, Jonah Brower. She is survived by her sister, Margaret Blackmon of Asheboro. Ms. Brower will lie in state from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 28, 2021, at Ridge Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Carolina Faith Bible Church, care of Rev.
