Mable Cagle Simmons

Mrs. Mable Evelyn Cagle Simmons, 81, of Seagrove, NC, died Monday, December 16, 2013, at The Randolph Hospice House. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Charles T. Reeder officiating. Burial will follow at Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Seagrove. A native of Moore County, NC, Mrs. Simmons was born February 1, 1932. She was the daughter of the late Lindsey Cummins Cagle and Josie Roseann Hancock Cagle and was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Simmons was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Simmons, and her grandson, Jonathan Simmons. Mrs. Simmons is survived by her sons, Grant Simmons and wife, Debbie, Tim Simmons and wife, Tina, Mark Simmons, all of Seagrove, NC; sister, Margaret Ann Ziegler, of Asheboro, NC, Patricia Ray, Linda Cagle, both of Seagrove, NC; grandchildren, Lindsey Taylor and husband, Darren, Brittany Simmons, Lexi Simmons, Joshua Adams, Jonathan Adams, Krista Schneider and husband, Danny, Brandon Payne and wife, Deena; great grandchildren, Keaton Taylor, Ellie Simmons, Ella Taylor, Kayla Schneider, Emma Schneider and Kara Beth Schneider. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home.
