Lynn Hamm Pentedemos

Lynn Ann Hamm Pentedemos, 51, of Sophia, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2026, at her home.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 20, 2026, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Chad Davis officiating.

Lynn was born on July 25, 1975, in Fort Knox, KY. She enjoyed expressing herself through art, whether it was through arts and crafts projects like quilting or even singing karaoke with family. She loved to play card games with family during the holidays, and spend time outdoors camping, fishing and 4 wheeling. Lynn also liked watching movies and had an impressive collection of dvds.

She is survived by her husband, Mike Pentedemos; sons, Charlie Diehl, Brendon Baker; stepsons, Julian Pentedemos (Makenzie), Jake Pentedemos, Justin Pentedemos (Taylor); sisters, Savana Hamm, Julie Davis (Chad); half brothers, Jeff Hamm, Brandon Hamm; stepbrother, Shane Hale; parents, Jeffrey Lynn Hamm (Rondi), Debra Roar Savvas (Konstantine); three grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

The family will receive friends from 12:45 until 1:45 p.m., at Ridge Funeral Home, Thursday, prior to the service.
