Lucy Lee Cagle

Mrs. Lucy Lee Bray Cagle, 84, of Mountain Vista Health Park, Denton, formerly of Farmer, died Sunday, March 4, 2012, at Randolph Hospital. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gregg Arnold officiating. Burial will follow at Callicutt Memorial Church Cemetery in Asheboro. A native of Randolph County, NC, Mrs. Cagle was born July 29, 1927. She was the daughter of the late Melvin Bray and Emma White Bray. She was preceded in death by her husband, W. Loyd Cagle, and her sons, W. Ronald "Ronnie"� Cagle and Don C. Cagle. Mrs. Cagle is survived by daughters, Brenda Vuncannon and husband, Ray, of Asheboro, Margie C. Nance and husband, Steve, Denton; grandchildren, Christine Lawrence and Matt Smith, Jimmy Vuncannon and wife, Pam, Darrell Vuncannon and wife, Kathy, Steve Nance and wife, Lydia, Matthew Nance and wife, Sharona, Amy Pierce, and husband, Brian, Genita Sprouse, Kevin Tucker, Tammy Allen and husband, Doug; nine great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home of Brenda and Ray Vuncannon, 1131 Sheridan Drive, Asheboro.
