Linda Brower Tucker

Mrs. Linda Faye Brower Tucker, 68, of Asheboro, NC, died Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday, May 26, 2012, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jody Harrison and Rev. Clay Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park in Asheboro. A native of Randolph County, NC, Mrs. Tucker was born May 21, 1944. She was the daughter of Linnie Brower and Ollie Owens Brower. She was a homemaker and attended Bethel Baptist Church. She enjoyed planning family get-togethers and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her brother, Leo Brower. Mrs. Tucker is survived by her husband, Charles R. Tucker, of the home; son, Chuck Tucker and wife, Sheila, of Weaverville, NC; sister, Berta Neal and husband, Rick, of Asheboro, NC; uncle, Luther Owens and wife, Mazie, of Asheboro; grandchildren, Sam Tucker and Shailyn Tucker. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Friday, May 25, 2012, at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home.
