Linda Lou Thomas Miller, 76, of The Villages, FL, died Monday, January 24, 2022, at Freedom Point Place in The Villages. A funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 30, 2022, at Huldah Baptist Church, with Rev. Tommy Brown and Rev. Tommy Walker officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Born in in Randolph County, NC on June 1, 1945, Linda was the daughter of the late Daniel Lewis Thomas and Emma Hunt Thomas. She was a retired school teacher who taught in Randolph County, Guilford County and York, PA. She was a member of Fairway Christian Church in The Villages, FL. She was a loving wife, who took good care of her husband, Bruce. She is survived by her husband Bruce Miller of the home:brother, Lewis Ray Thomas, Sr. of Asheboro; nieces and nephews, Robin Navarro and husband Al, Lew Thomas and wife April, Emily Thomas, Garrett Thomas; great nieces and nephews, Alex Navarro, Daniel Navarro, Nathaniel Thomas, Katelyn Suggs, and Leah Suggs. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home of her brother, 4263 Zoo Parkway, Asheboro. Memorials may be made to Huldah Baptist Church, 7187 Old NC Hwy 13, Asheboro, NC 27205.
