Kenneth "Buck" Walden

Kenneth "Buck" Walden, 89, of Randleman, transitioned from this life on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at The Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro after a short illness. Funeral services are to be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 4, 2015, at St. Peter United Methodist Church in Randleman with Rev. Liston Sellers and Pastor Bahekelwa Imatha officiating. The wake will be held from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. at the church, prior to the service. A native of Randolph County, Mr. Walden was born June 2, 1926 to the late John and Gennie Walden. Surviving are daughters, Willette Hill of Asheboro, Patsy Mills of Greensboro, Frances Keene (Lewis) of Baltimore, MD; brother, Vassar Walden (Dale) of Piscataway, NJ; and sister, Ophelia Parson of Greensboro. Services are entrusted to Ridge Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Asheboro, NC.
