Kenneth Wayne Crisco, 69, of Asheboro, died Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at The Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro. Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 27, 2018, at Prospect United Methodist Church in Archdale with Rev. Katherine Cornwell officiating. Born March 20, 1948 in Chatham County, Mr. Crisco was the son of the late Curtis Daniel Crisco, Sr. and Hope Inman Crisco. He was former owner/operator of Country Auto Sales and a member of Prospect United Methodist Church. Mr. Crisco loved farming, fishing and collecting toys. He served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam, he was a boilermaker on the USS Aucilla. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Curtis Daniel Crisco, Jr. and Dennis Reid Crisco. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Crisco of the home; daughters, Angela Martin and husband, Robbie of Candor and Lynda Hepler and husband, Philip of Thomasville; son, Adam Crisco and wife, Tina of Asheboro; brother, Bobby Crisco and wife, Patricia of Denton; grandchildren, Paige Hepler, Payton Hepler, Greyson Martin, Cody Crisco, Chloe Crisco, Jason Applewhite, Kallie Garner and Treven Garner; five nieces; five nephews; and numerous great nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, January 26, 2018 at Ridge Funeral Home.
