Katherine W. Stone

Mrs. Mary Katherine Wood Stone, 81, of Asheboro, NC, died Thursday, June 13, 2013, at The Randolph Hospice House. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Sunday, June 16, 2013, at Life Community Church with Pastor Jake Thornhill, Jr., officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park in Asheboro. A resident of Randolph County, NC, Mrs. Stone was born October 19, 1931. She was the daughter of the late Columbus Frank Wood and Lula Tucker Wood. She was a member of Life Community Church. Mrs. Stone is survived by her sons, Thomas E. Paschal, Gary L. Paschal and wife, Adriana, Mark A. Craven, all of Asheboro, NC; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Saturday, June 15, 2013, at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home.
