Johnny Wilbur Morgan

Mr. Johnny Wilbur Morgan, 61, of Asheboro, died Friday, November 26, 2010, at his residence. A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 am Wednesday, December 1, 2010, at Sugg's Creek Primitive Baptist Church with the Pastor Ron Scott officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. A native of Randolph County, NC, Mr. Morgan was born April 4, 1949. He was the son of the late Earl and Lola Sanders. He was retired from Lowe's Hardware. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Martha Morgan Allman McDowell. Mr. Morgan served in the US Army during the Vietnam Era. Mr. Morgan is survived by sister, Catherine Morgan Inlow, of Asheboro, NC; brothers, Jerry Morgan, of Asheboro, NC, Jim Morgan, of Aynor, SC, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Tuesday, November 30, 2010, at Ridge Funeral Home.
