Joel Valdez-Cruz

Joel Valdez-Cruz, 51, of Randleman, died Wednesday, August 19, 2020, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. A private services will be held Saturday, August 22, 2020, at Ridge Funeral Home. Joel was born in Mexico on March 8, 1969, to the late Luis Valdez and Maria Cruz. He was employed for Valdez Heating & Air. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, singing and he liked to make people laugh. He loved spending time with his family, and watching them play sports. In addition to his parents, Joel is preceded in death by his brother, Tereso Valdez Cruz. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Beltran-Villalon, daughter, Zarely Valdez-Beltran (Javier Gonzalez) of Randleman; sons, Joel Vilchis Valdez-Beltran of Asheboro, Luis Roberto Valdez-Beltran of Randleman; sisters, Maria Mercedes Valdez-Cruz, Alejandrina Valdez-Cruz; brothers, Humberto Valdez-Cruz, Ismael Valdez-Cruz, Bricio Valdez-Cruz, Juan Luis Valdez-Cruz, Julian Valdez-Cruz; grandchildren, Jairo Joel Gonzalez, Dalyla Sinai Valdez-Beltran, Nicolas Isaiahs Valdez-Beltran. Joel Valdez-Cruz, de 51 años, de Randleman, murió el miércoles 19 de agosto de 2020 en el Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center en Winston-Salem. Los servicios privados se llevarán a cabo el sábado 22 de agosto de 2020 en Ridge Funeral Home. Joel nació en México el 8 de marzo de 1969, hijo de Luis Valdez y María Cruz.
