Jody Moon

Jody Lowell Moon, 43, of Salisbury, died Thursday, November 24, 2022, at his home.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, December 1, 2022, at Panther Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Asheboro, with Rev. Mike Shoaf officiating.

Jody was born on March 15, 1979, in Randolph County. Jody worked as a roofer for 20 years. He loved hunting and being outdoors and he loved his family deeply.

Jody was preceded in death by his father, Joe Moon; and grandparents, Rev. John Beane, Mary Frances Moon and Lowell Moon.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia Beane Moon Rhyne and husband John of Salisbury; sister, Tammy Ludwick and husband Thomas "Nut" of Salisbury; grandmother, Cora Beane of Asheboro; daughter, Jaden Moon; one granddaughter;  Trevor Ludwick and Austin Ludwick both of Salisbury; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
