Jerry Fields

Jerry Lee Fields, 54, of Seagrove, died Wednesday, January 13, 2021. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Jerry was born on August 7, 1966, in Forsyth County. He loved the outdoors, and his mama. He was a hardworker, and a loving son, brother, and uncle. He was preceded in death by his father, Jackson Fields, and his brother, David Wayne "Bubby" Fields. He is survived by his mother, Esther Fritz Fields; sisters, Susie Barton and husband Wayne of Linwood, Della Fields of Sophia, Liz Hayes and husband Vernon of Seagrove; brothers, Darrell Fields of Seagrove, Kevin Fields of Lexington; several nieces and nephews.
