Jeanette T. Ritch

Mrs. Jeanette Taylor Ritch, 71, of 3204 Montclair Court, Asheboro, NC, died Saturday, March 13, 2010, at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Thursday at the Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Shetley officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park. Born May 12, 1938, in Guilford County, NC, Mrs. Ritch was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Lena Pierce Taylor. She was Baptist and was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, baking, going to the beach, and spending time with her family. Mrs. Ritch was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Ritch, and her sister, Edith Young. Survivors include her daughters, Jan Biggs, of Lexington, Cynthia Clark, of Asheboro; son, Jeffrey Ritch, of the home; sister, Pat Capps and husband, Hugh, of Archdale; brothers, Don Taylor and wife, Ruth, of Inverness, FL, Ken Taylor and wife, Cassie, of Thomasville; grandchildren, Bobby J. Biggs, Susan Jennings and husband, Jackson, Derrick Clark, Jennifer Biggs, Bradley Ritch; great grandchildren, Lindsey Jennings, Nitoya Biggs, Nemiah English; longtime friends, Jeanette "Net"� Ritch. The family will receive friends at Ridge Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 pm on Wednesday, March 17, 2010, and other times at the home.
