Jean Elizabeth Carpenter Woolsey, 99, of Troy, died Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at her home. There are no services scheduled at this time. Jean was born on April 2, 1921, in Fulton County, NY, to the late James Carpenter and Elizabeth Eugenia Willard Carpenter. She was a school teacher and a 4-H Extension Agent. She is survived by her sons, Raymond Hannum of Flagtown, NJ, Brian Hannum of Bryson City, NC; grandchildren, Eric Hannum, Lisa Hannum, Kevin Hannum, Nathan Hannum, Keith Hannum; and eight great grandchildren.
