Ida Mae Dagenhart

June 7, 1930 — July 26, 2015

Ida Mae Lambert Dagenhart, 85, of Asheboro, died Sunday, July 26, 2015 at Meadowwood Nursing Center in Gastonia. Funeral servcies will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 1, 2015 at West Asheboro Church of God with Rev. Matt Gunter and Rev. Don McCaskill officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park. A native of Guessy's Fork, VA, Mrs. Dagenhart was born June 7, 1930 to the late Frank James and Belle McCoy Lambert. She was a member of West Asheboro Church of God. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Dagenhart and her son, Donald Gene Dagenhart. Mrs. Dagenhart is survived by her daughter, Angie McCaskill and husband, Don of Biscoe; sons, Ronnie Lee Dagenhart of Barnhart, MO, Rev. Kenneth Dagenhart of Gastonia; sister, Ellen Hanner of Randleman; nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., Friday, July 31, 2015 at Ridge Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to West Asheboro Church of God, 197 Lewallen Dr., Asheboro, NC 27205.
