Helen Bullard Hudson

Ms. Helen Pauline Bullard Hudson, 74, of Franklinville, NC, died Saturday, September 1, 2012, at The Randolph Hospice House. A funeral service is scheduled for 1:00 pm Tuesday, September 4, 2012, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ben Chavis officiating. Burial will follow at Richmond County Memorial Park in Rockingham. A native of Richmond County, NC, Ms. Hudson was born February 17, 1938. She was the daughter of the late George Avner Bullard and Gladys Pauline Kanipe Bullard. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Steven Ray Hudson; sister, Patricia Ann Breeden; and her brother, George Ernest Bullard. Ms. Hudson is survived by daughters, Pamela Hudson Waddell and husband, Timothy, of Asheboro, NC, Tammy Pasour, and husband, William Bruce, of Franklinville, NC; son, George Thomas Hudson and wife, Elaine, of Asheboro, NC; grandchildren, Tonya Hudson, Hannah Hoover, Joshua Dickens, Christian Dickens, Bridget Brzoza, Jonas Pasour, Melissa Baumgardner; thirteen great grandchildren; and her dog Katie Marie. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Tuesday, September 4, 2012, at Ridge Funeral Home.
