Harry Wade Staley

Harry Wade Staley, Sr., 70, of Asheboro, died Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel, Asheboro, with Josh Cagle officiating. Burial will follow at Flag Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery. Mr. Staley was born on December 15, 1946. He was retired from Arrow International. He enjoyed collecting coins and working on tractors. Mr. Staley was preceded in death by his parents, Diffie Staley and Ollie Mae Loflin Staley Holder; son Harry Staley, Jr.; and brother, Marty Kennedy. Surviving are wife, Betty B. Staley, of the home; daughter, Lori Kirk; sons, Jerry Beane, Brad Staley; sisters, Sabrina Black (Chris), Rhonda Mashburn (Tony), Janice Seawell (Wendell); brothers, Greg Kennedy (Donna), Benji Staley (Kelly), Anthony Staley (Kristi), Timothy Staley (Angie); grandchildren, Shane Staley (Brittanie), Austin Rich, Blade Kirk, and Brileigh Kirk. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home.
