Grace Hall

Grace Newsome Hall, 91, loving, caring and giving mother and grandmother, of Asheboro, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Clapp's Convalescent Nursing Home in Asheboro. The family will receive friends from 12:00 - 1:15 p.m., Saturday, prior to the service at Ridge Funeral Home and other times at the home. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, February 18, 2017, at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park. Born December 26, 1925 in Floyd County, KY, Mrs. Hall was the daughter of the late Monroe and Dorcas Newsome. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Merlin Hall; sisters, Haley, Hazel and Audrey. Mrs. Hall is survived by her daughter, Sheila Campbell and husband, Harold of Asheboro; son, Randy Hall and wife, Debbie of Birmingham, AL; grandchildren, Leisa Lassiter and husband, Chris of Asheboro, Danielle Hill and husband, Kennan of Asheboro, Josh Hall and wife, Jordin of Birmingham, AL, Erin Hall of Hollywood, CA; and great-grandchildren, Chandler Schwarz, Josh Schwarz, Haedyn Hill and Kenzie Hill.
