Glennah Davis Miller

Glennah Mary Davis Miller, 92, of Asheboro, died Thursday, August 25, 2016 at the Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro. Graveside services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Monday, August 29, 2016, at Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Seagrove, with Chaplain Tim Pheagin officiating. Born in Randolph County, NC on April 5, 1924, Mrs. Miller was the daughter of the late Franklin and Callie Davis. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Asheboro. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her husband, Grayson Miller. Surviving are her daughter, Patricia Miller Fowler and husband, Russell, of Asheboro; son, Larry Miller and wife, Carolyn, of Asheboro; grandchildren, Janell Garner and husband, William "Pete", of Cameron, John Garner and wife, Amy, of Asheboro; great-grandchildren, William Garner, Jr., Ryan Garner, Mallory Garner, Braydon Garner; and special niece, Carrie Greene. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, August 28, 2016 at Ridge Funeral Home in Asheboro. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Randolph, P.O.
