Gladys "Maggie" Sheffield

Gladys Magdaline "Maggie" Sheffield, 85, of Seagrove, died Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at FirstHealth Hospice & Palliative Care in West End. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 13, 2021, at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery, Star. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ervin Allen and Bertie Dunn Allen; husband, Lester "Buck" Sheffield; daughter, Ruth; and siblings, Robert, Frances, and Clinton. She is survived by her daughters, Brenda, Linda, Rebecca "Becky", Betty Ann, Tinker, Susie; sons, Donald Ray Sheffield, Billy Ray Sheffield; siblings, Annie Grace, Stevie, Annie Mae, Walter, Thomas, Shirley, Billy, Linda, Clyde, Gary, Donald, and Junior. Mrs. Sheffield's body will lie in repose at 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at Ridge Funeral Home.
