Florence Carter Clodfelter, 77, of Asheboro , NC, died Wednesday, October 19, 2011, at The Randolph Hospice House. Services will be private. Burial will be in Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery in High Point. Born in Surry County, NC on August 1, 1934, Mrs. Clodfelter was the daughter of the late Henry Carmon Carter and Hallie Earmine Wood Carter. Surviving are daughters, Brenda Clodfelter Cartrette and husband, David, Janice Clodfelter Merritt and husband, Donald, all of Asheboro; several grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
