Faye Marie Luther

Faye Marie Cole Luther, 85, of Asheboro, passed away Monday, February 10, 2020, at her home. Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 14, 2020, at Pisgah United Methodist Church Cemetery, Asheboro, with Rev. Darrell Rabon officiating. Faye was born on November 15, 1934, in Randolph Co., to the late Rexie Delbert Cole, Sr., and Rosa Mae Harper Cole. She was retired from Acme McCrary and was a member of the Pisgah United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, Faye was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Luther; brother, R.D. Cole, Donald Cole; and sister, Jeanette Pugh. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Kendricks and husband Mark of North Myrtle Beach; son, Tim Luther and wife Angie of Asheboro; sister, Hilda Graham and husband Tim; brother, Howard Amick and wife Karen of Asheboro; grandchildren, Laura York, Jordan Luther, Alex Underwood, Taylor Coleman; great grandchildren, Owen York, Annie Kate York, Lucy Claire York, Amelia Luther and Georgia Mae Underwood.
